GoFIGR Talent Navigator is a web-based career pathing engine for employees, HR leaders, and executives at mid-to-large organisations. It uses employees’ skills and aspirations to show internal routes such as promotions, lateral moves, cross-functional transitions, diagonal transitions, and leadership tracks. The service identifies gaps between a current role and a target role, then creates a personalized action plan. Recommendations can include internal learning, projects, jobs, and mentors. Mentor matching connects employees with internal people who have similar skills or career backgrounds. Employees can share plans with managers, while both sides track progress and update goals. Native integrations include BambooHR, Workday, UKG, Lever, EdApp, and Okta, with support for major HR, recruiting, learning, and performance systems. CSV, S3, SFTP, and API connections cover other sources. Okta and Microsoft Entra provide single sign-on, and Slack can notify users about opportunities and matches.
