What Fluent Commerce is

Fluent Commerce is a cloud-native order management platform for retailers coordinating fulfillment, inventory availability, and customer service. Its Order Orchestration module follows orders through their lifecycle and supports workflows for home delivery and Click-and-Collect. The Inventory module unifies stock across locations and inventory management systems, while the Store module supports in-store picking, packing, shipping, collection, and arrivals. The platform includes inventory and order synchronization, automation rules, and advanced warehouse support. Integrations include GraphQL and REST APIs, outbound webhooks, and configuration-based connectors such as Salesforce, commercetools, Adobe, and SCIM. Hosting is available in multi-tenant or dedicated single-tenant environments on AWS and Google Cloud, with a choice of data-storage region. Fluent Commerce says customer data and backups are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 or higher. Its Trust Center states an uptime SLA greater than 99.95%. Fluent Light is listed with capacity for 5M orders per year, 10 fulfillment nodes, and 20k SKUs; Fluent Enterprise pricing is based on order volumes. Pricing is on request, and there is no free plan.
