What FLIP is
FLIP is a mobile study-time and habit management app for Android and iOS. It records study time when you turn your phone face down, then sorts measured time by subject into a timetable. To help review concentration, FLIP relates the number of breaks to the duration of focused study. Its reports show daily, weekly, and monthly totals, a chronological timeline, and daily details. Planning tools include a study schedule, to-do list, and D-day countdown for study, work, or homework. The app also offers global study groups, real-time study activity, a discussion board, and school rankings; study totals can be shared on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. FLIP is free to download with ads and in-app purchases. Premium options include a monthly membership for $0.99 a month, a six-month membership for 4.99 USD per 6 months, and a yearly membership for $8.99 a year. Premium adds unlimited goals, groups, lists, D-days, schedules, and themes, plus reports, timetable, and backup/restore.
