What FirstRep is
FirstRep is a personal training platform that combines workout programming, nutrition tracking, client coaching, scheduling, payments, a trainer marketplace and an AI agent. Its AI Workout Builder draws on a library of 1,734 exercises with video demonstrations to create personalized programs in about 30 seconds. Coaching tools include compliance rates, check-in scores, risk flags, messaging, progress tracking and automated follow-ups. Trainer profiles appear in a marketplace where clients can search by specialty, location, rating and price. FirstRep takes 20% of payments from clients acquired through its marketplace; trainers’ self-invited clients carry no commission. Listed health integrations include Apple Health, Google Fit, MyFitnessPal and Strava, with Google Calendar for scheduling. Payments run through Stripe, which handles card processing and storage. The Free plan supports up to three active clients. Pro is listed at $19/mo, with eight clients included and $1.50 per additional client above eight. FirstRep is available on Android, iOS and web.
