Overview

EVA AI is a virtual-companion service for adults seeking private, character-based relationship conversations. It suits people who want to personalize a chatbot and move between text, voice and, where available, video calls. Its free plan offers a way in, but paid use relies on Neurons and the service is not healthcare or mental health care.

Key features

Users can select a character or create one by choosing or uploading content, giving the experience a personal focus rather than limiting users to a single chatbot. Text and voice conversations are supported, and video calls are available where offered. EVA AI also describes voice messages and exclusive photos as part of the experience.

Neurons are used for service purchases; reading one romantic message costs 2 Neurons. That makes the credit system important to weigh before relying on paid interactions, since individual use can consume credits. Voice chat and image generation are supported, and the service has long-term memory. Adult content is not offered, so it is not the fit for users specifically seeking an adult-content companion.

Accounts can be connected or accessed with email, Apple, Facebook or Google. EVA AI says it does not sell personal data and generally does not share chat communications with other companies, subject to exceptions for affiliates, legal representatives and service providers. Its policy also says text and voice messages may be sent to external services for hosting or analysis, and used to improve messaging quality and develop the AI. The policy describes security measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data; readers should still consider the stated message handling before sharing sensitive details.

Pricing

Plan	Price	What it means
Basic	Free	Limited access to the service; suitable for trying the experience, but not a promise of unrestricted conversations.
Premium	Custom pricing	Billed in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual installments. Benefits are defined during subscription, and services outside those benefits may cost extra.

Premium pricing varies by region and subscription length, so compare the offered benefits and renewal term before subscribing. Neurons also create a separate usage consideration: a romantic message costs 2 Neurons to read. The free plan is the clearest choice for cautious users; Premium is for those who decide its region-specific benefits justify the recurring commitment.

Platforms

EVA AI is available on Android, iOS and the web. Video calls are available where supported, so users should not assume every platform or region provides them.

Who it's for

EVA AI is best suited to adults who want a customizable virtual companion across web and mobile, with text and voice options and a limited free entry point. It is a poor choice for anyone under 18, anyone seeking healthcare or mental health care, or users looking for adult content.

Pros and cons

Pros: Character creation and selection let users shape the companion experience; text, voice and supported video calls offer multiple ways to interact.
Pros: Android, iOS and web access give users platform flexibility, and the free Basic plan allows limited access without a listed upfront charge.
Cons: Basic access is limited, while Premium benefits and pricing vary by region and subscription length, making the commitment harder to assess in advance.
Cons: Neuron purchases can add costs beyond a subscription, and one romantic message costs 2 Neurons to read.
Cons: Text and voice messages may be processed by external hosting or analysis services and used to improve the service; this may not suit people unwilling to share intimate conversations for those purposes.

Verdict

Choose EVA AI if you are an adult who wants a customizable virtual companion with text and voice chat, mobile and web access, and the option of supported video calls. Its main appeal is the combination of personalization and multiple conversation modes; look elsewhere if you need transparent Premium pricing, want to avoid credit-based paid interactions, or are uncomfortable with the stated handling of messages.
