ECI M1 is a cloud-based ERP solution for small and medium-sized manufacturers. It covers finance, inventory, order management, and manufacturing operations, including production planning, job tracking, and quoting. Quotes draw on historical job and part data and can be turned into jobs without re-entry. Inventory tools track raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods, with barcode scanning, lot control, and multi-location inventory. Production planning lets users prioritize jobs, assign resources, and adjust plans to capacity and availability. M1 supports make-to-stock, make-to-order, job shop, machine shop, discrete, repetitive, and mixed-mode operations. Its mobile shop floor application supports labor and attendance tracking, machine cost tracking, and barcode scanning. The product supports multiple entities and offers multi-level bills of materials, purchase planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and multi-site planning. ECI lists integrations including Avalara, QuickBooks, KnowledgeSync, Payments, CADLink, and Spreadsheet Server, plus a public API. M1 is paid, has no free plan, and pricing is available on request.
