Dwelo Smart Access is Ambient’s smart apartment platform for multifamily properties, combining mobile entry with property-wide access management. Residents, staff, visitors, and prospects can use role-based access at building doors without physical keys or fobs. Property teams can manage permissions remotely and review real-time access history. Prospects can schedule web-based, self-guided tours to enter pre-approved spaces at their own pace. At unit turns, preset policies and move-in or move-out data from property management systems can trigger resident onboarding and grant or revoke access. When a lease ends, the platform can lock doors, turn off lights, and adjust thermostats to cost-saving settings. Alerts cover water leaks, extreme temperatures, low batteries, and security risks in vacant units. Ambient lists integrations with Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, and Yardi; rent-roll data syncs every 30–90 minutes. It describes solutions for high- and mid-rise buildings, townhome and garden-style communities, and build-to-rent properties. The platform is available on Android, iOS, and the web.
