DeltaV Batch coordinates batch manufacturing across a plant, handling recipe scheduling, equipment use, sequencing, and multi-stream formulations. Its architecture follows the ISA-88 Batch Standard and uses reusable software modules, including process cells, unit modules, phases, equipment modules, and control modules. Tools support recipe configuration and execution, with Batch Executive coordinating batch processes and control logic. Batch Historian and DeltaV Event Chronicle collect recipe and process-event records; the system also captures configuration changes for data integrity and regulatory requirements. Redundant Batch Executives are designed to avoid a single point of failure without stopping batch operations. Campaign Manager and Recipe Exchange offer ways to connect recipe and campaign work with other applications. Basic, Advanced, and Professional suites vary by process requirements; Professional adds campaign execution and scheduling. DeltaV Batch is available for API, self-hosted, web, and Windows use. It is paid, with pricing on request. A DeltaV system using Batch requires a ProfessionalPLUS Station and an Advanced Unit Management software control license.
