CleanSpeak is a customizable moderation toolset for services that need to filter or review user content. It filters text, images, and video, and can moderate audio but does not filter it. Teams can review and escalate material through moderation queues or automate actions with rules tailored to content sources. Custom rulesets can rate users and trigger actions based on those ratings. Editable blocklists detect negative words and phrases, including altered forms used to bypass filters. CleanSpeak includes 22+ base language lists that customers can amend or extend, and its content-analysis models integrate Google Perspective and SightEngine. Reports cover moderator activity, content searches, and term or model frequencies. The product is available as hosted cloud service or server software customers install and maintain themselves. Its synchronous REST APIs return JSON for real-time integration. CleanSpeak says a single server can filter 10,000 or more messages per second.
