Aexir provides restaurants with branded ordering apps and websites, along with point-of-sale and administration tools. Its customer ordering supports delivery, table QR ordering, and loyalty under the restaurant’s brand; the POS includes order management, Bluetooth printing, Stripe refunds, and live delivery tracking. The service is aimed at UK restaurants such as pizzerias, kebab shops, curry houses, chippies, cafés, and gastropubs. Web has no native apps, while Pro adds browser-based POS, live courier tracking, driver reassignment, and stock counts. Stripe card payments cost 1.5% + 30p per transaction, and a per-delivery fee applies when using the delivery integration. Additional locations cost +£1/day per location and receive separate menus, ordering flows, and reporting. Publishing under Aexir’s developer account costs £30/year; using the restaurant’s own Apple and Google developer accounts is listed at £130/year. A compatible Android tablet and Bluetooth receipt printer can be used; hardware is typically around £199 if needed. Aexir says most restaurants go live within 30 days after supplying branding, menu, and colours. Customers can cancel at any time without a long-term contract.
