After the global launch, Xiaomi is all set to announce their newest flagship phone in the Indian market. The brand today put out the launch invite on their social media with the lines Ultra is coming and April 23rd mentioned as the launch date.
They have also made a temporary launch page that lists all the critical features of the Mi 11 Ultra. Along with the Mi 11 Ultra, the brand will also announce the Mi 11 and a new Mi 11X series. Now, this Mi 11X series will have two phones in it, regular Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro which are essentially rebranded Redmi K40 and K40 Pro+ respectively. While there were speculations of a new POCO F3, this launch announcement should settle those rumors.
Apart from the smartphones, the brand is also expected to announce the Mi Smart Band 6 that was announced globally just a few days ago. We could also see the brand announce a new smartwatch, more specifically the Mi Watch Lite to counter the growing competition in this segment. Like with past Xiaomi products, we expect the pricing to be competitive but will definitely be slightly higher than the similar Redmi and POCO phones.
As for the pricing, we expect the new smartphones to start somewhere around INR 28,000 and go all the way up to INR 74,000 for the Mi 11 Ultra. For the accessories, we are should expect the Mi Band 6 to cost roughly INR 2,900 and the Mi Watch Lite to be offered for INR 4,500.
