After much teasing, Xiaomi finally announced the Mi TV Webcam for the Indian market. This Webcam looks similar to the OnePlus TV Webcam that was launched recently and has been made by the same ODM.
Mi TV Webcam has 3D noise reduction and far-field microphones and a privacy shutter. The requirement for webcams has surged since last year as the pandemic hit and businesses were forced to operate from homes. It enables Full HD at 25fps with 71 degrees field of view.
The Webcam can be used with both Smart TVs and PCs. With the Webcam connected and Google Duo app installed, you can essentially take video and audio calls. The camera is equipped with dual far-field microphones that can pick up voice from up to 4 meters. It comes with a USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable and the magnetic base allows you to attach the device seamlessly to any metal surface.

The Mi TV Webcam is priced at INR 1999 and will be available from mi.com, Mi Home and Mi Studio starting June 28th.
